This landscape rake was bought to spread/smooth out 20mm gravel on a driveway. It is a well made, sturdy product which is easy to assemble. Although expensive it is light enough and strong enough to enable anyone to use successfully. Unless you have a very wide, long driveway I would recommend buying the 24 inch model.

Fairly easy to assembly (you have to use two wrenches at once to screw the handle to the tines) and seems sturdy and light – plus works very well for what we're doing, ie preparing a gravel patio., But since handling it my hands are full of fibereglass splinters, so do be careful before handling it – wiping it on arrival might be a good idea.

Impossible to fix the rake head to the handle as the nuts get stuck at the end of the bolt after only 1 turn. There's a small washer-like piece of plastic/rubber in the nut which prevents it being screwed onto the bolt enough to attach the head. I tried using the spanner enclosed in the parcel and pliers, but to no avail. The seller sent me additional nuts and bolts but they have exactly the same problem. I called them and was told this is occasionally an issue that customers complain about and said they would look into it. Doesn't help me though, so I'm returning it for a refund. Very annoying!
